Working together since 2010, we have gone through many iterations of our business and digital platforms. While my wife, Jules, has been front-facing speaker, coach and mentor, I have managed our backend for all customer management, websites, graphic design, photography, videography and marketing. From Squarespace to Wordpress, Podia to our new proprietary system, I have built and managed every website for 16 years.

If something changes, are we able to move this site ?
Yes! You own all the code to the website and all the contacts you have in your lists. Everything can be ported upon request.
Can we still use our existing tools (like YouTube or Google Calendar)?
Absolutely. The platform is designed to be the "central hub" for your existing digital presence. We natively integrate with YouTube for your sermon archives and Google/Outlook for your calendars. Instead of replacing the tools that already work for you, we sync them so they display beautifully on your site without you having to enter the data twice.
Why is the monthly hosting so expensive?
With our platform, everything you need to maintain your website, security, contact database, social media, email & SMS marketing, mobile admin app, custom forms, funnels, online courses, memberships, webinars, QR codes and technical support* is all included in one monthly price.
*My technical support ensures the 'engine' of your church's digital operations is always tuned and running. If the system has an issue, I’m your first call and I'll handle it. If you need me to perform new creative work—like building new pages or managing your weekly emails—I offer those as add-on services so you only pay for the extra help when you actually need it.
What happens if our "web person" or volunteer leaves?
This is a major advantage of this platform. In a WordPress environment, a new volunteer often has to learn a complex "Frankenstein" of different plugins. With this system, everything is housed in one unified dashboard with a consistent interface. We provide a recorded training session and access to a streamlined mobile app, making it easy to onboard new staff or volunteers in minutes rather than days.
How secure is our member data?
Security is a top priority. Unlike open-source platforms that rely on third-party security plugins, our system is built on enterprise-grade Google Cloud Infrastructure. We provide an SSL certificate (the "padlock" in the browser) as standard, and because the platform is a closed ecosystem, it is significantly less vulnerable to the SQL injections and malware attacks that commonly plague WordPress sites.
Is the site "future-proof"? What if technology changes in 5 years?
Because this is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, the platform is constantly being updated by a global team of developers to stay ahead of web standards, browser updates, and mobile requirements.
